I have been carefully watching and studying different successful people who are able to establish themselves as a superstar in their own business as well as personal life.

Being a software engineer by profession I have always been a logical thinker and hard working  person.As I started pursuing my entrepreneural venture over last few years , it been an amazing ride for me to overcome many fundamental challenges and mindset changes that  have significantly helped me where I am today.

Not only  I have learned many lessons  during this new journey but also have worked hard on myself to understand the role and responsibilities of entrepreneurs and business owners.

My goal here is share my experience in 7 easy steps that are highly essential for  entrepreneurs , business owners or anybody who wants to be a successful superstar in their business and personal life.

These 7 steps are proven to core foundation for anybody who have achieved any level of success in their personal and business life and it will be your stepping stone to help you estabilish as a superstar in your life no matter who you are, where you live and what you do for living..

Step 1 : Dream Big

This is step is the critical element for each and every success stories ever happened on earth. Believe it or not nobody becomes a successful superstar in any area of life just by luck.

Everyone of them have dreamed about it and followed their dream to get to where they have reached. No Dream leads to No Direction Leads to failure.

Having a big dream gives all possible reason to use your time and emotional energy efficiently which in turn will allow you to achieve what you want .

Bigger the dream you have, bigger the accomolishment you will achieve. In order to be a superstar, you need to have a bigger dream that will keep you ahead of the curve.

Step 2 : Have Clear Mission and Vision in Life

In this step it is your responsibility to translate your dream into more meaningful messages so that it will help you communicate with the world in a way that can greab others attention and allow you to differential yourself  from the rest of the world.

Step 3 : Set S.M.A.R.T Goals

Goals are promise from you to yourself as well as to the universe that allows you to step further to accomplish your mission and vision in life.

However most of  us don’t have set goals correctly which delays the results as well as success.

I am sharing a simple formula which will help you to set your goals correctly and see the results irrespective of all the distractions and uncertainities out there.

Your goal should be S.M.A.R.T

Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Timely

Step 4 : Take Action

As you lay out the goal , it is necessary for you to back it up with whatever action required in order to transform your goal into reality. Which in turn will be translated to money, freedom and all kind of materialistic achievements you have ever imagined before.

You don’t have anything achieved until you take action, so DO NOT MISS THIS STEP  by any means!

Step 5 : Be Consistent

The world is changing every moment and so do the people. It would be almost impossible for things to move the way you want to  because things change every moment.

It will necessary for entrepreneurs and small business owners to understand this fact and be consistent with their action  in order to achieve massive results which in turn will establish them as the superstar int he universe.

Step 6 : Visualize Your Success

Businesses are successful because of the people and people are successful because of their value to the world using their business as an vehicle.

For any person or business to be successful, they need to clearly see , touch, feel and understand their end results. This will help them plan backward and put the necessary pieces of the puzzle in place.

It has been proven that , that more your see or visualize your end results, you brain will work more harder to figure out a way to help you accomplish your goal in a shorter period of time.

Step 7 : Never Quit

No matter how much you work hard, how much time you spend for your dream, if you don’t completely believe in it and pursue it  with complete dedication it will be very hard for anybody to achieve their dream and become a superstar in life as well as business

It is highly essential for any entrepreneur or small business owner to keep their dream alive and adjust their course of action to accomplish it but it will be impossible for you to establish as a superstar if you quit the game for any reason.

Everybody will tell you that  goal  setting is the  most critical element for achieving any kind of success in business as well as personal life.

However most of them forget to mention that setting a Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realastic, Timely Goal is what makes all the difference.

Step 1 : Dream Big

You will be able to understand  the importance of it if you pay close attention and try to answer the following questions..

Can you solve any problem if you don’t have a way to measure the impact of the solution?

Can you drive to a destination if you don’t have a specific address or location attached to it?

Can you reach moon by car?

As you can see, there needs to be lot more details attached to a goal while you set it in order to make it meaning ful .

I will explain each and every element of a S.M.A.R.T. goal  and share how you should prepare yourself in your goal setting phase in order to create your own superstar success story.

Lets dive down into the details of a S.M.A.R.T. goal.

Specific - A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal. To set a specific goal you must answer the six “W” questions:

*Who:      Who is involved?
*What:     What do I want to accomplish?
*Where:    Identify a location.
*When:     Establish a time frame.
*Which:    Identify requirements and constraints.
*Why:      Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.

EXAMPLE: A general goal would be, “Get in shape.” But a specific goal would say, “Join a health club and workout 3 days a week.”

Measurable - Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set. When you measure your progress, you stay on track, reach your target dates, and experience the exhilaration of achievement that spurs you on to continued effort required to reach your goal.

To determine if your goal is measurable, ask questions such as……How much? How many? How will I know when it is accomplished?

Attainable – When you identify goals that are most important to you, you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true. You develop the attitudes, abilities, skills, and financial capacity to reach them. You begin seeing previously overlooked opportunities to bring yourself closer to the achievement of your goals.

You can attain most any goal you set when you plan your steps wisely and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps. Goals that may have seemed far away and out of reach eventually move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but because you grow and expand to match them. When you list your goals you build your self-image. You see yourself as worthy of these goals, and develop the traits and personality that allow you to possess them.

Realistic – To be realistic, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are bothwilling and able to work. A goal can be both high and realistic; you are the only one who can decide just how high your goal should be. But be sure that every goal represents substantial progress. A high goal is frequently easier to reach than a low one because a low goal exerts low motivational force. Some of the hardest jobs you ever accomplished actually seem easy simply because they were a labor of love.

Your goal is probably realistic if you truly believe that it can be accomplished. Additional ways to know if your goal is realistic is to determine if you have accomplished anything similar in the past or ask yourself what conditions would have to exist to accomplish this goal.

Timely – A goal should be grounded within a time frame. With no time frame tied to it there’s no sense of urgency. If you want to lose 10 lbs, when do you want to lose it by? “Someday” won’t work. But if you anchor it within a timeframe, “by May 1st”, then you’ve set your unconscious mind into motion to begin working on the goal.
