<p>Its a inner game. No matter what you are going through now or whatever comes on your way while  building your superstar success story. You personally need to get motivated, stay motived and give your best irrespective of all the challenges and adversities in your life.</p>
<p>As a person you need to give your best, learn from the best and shoot for the best possible success in order to land up as a successful superstar on the planet.</p>
<p>You need to keep the attitude  of giving more to your family, friends, relatives, subscribers, customers, clients and  most importantly to the community in order to receive more and be a person of making a real difference in the world in stead of keeping all u get to yourself and not sharing it with others.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Business Excellence</span></strong></p>
<p>Business is  all about solving others fundamental problems, serving others most pressing needs, be a advisor, mentor, friend and counselor etc.. with complete, integrity, honesty and transparency.</p>
<p>Have a good proposition as well as balance in delivering value for each and every business transaction you do with your clients, customers, employees, partners and every person who are involved in your sphere of influence.</p>
<p>Build a long term and sustainable system to carry forward your business for years and create a safe, dependable and quality experience around each and every step of your business.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Marketing</span></strong></p>
<p>Its all about connecting right people in need with perfect product.service or solution using multiple mediums.</p>
<p>The most critical component of any marketing campaign is identifying the markets,understanding their most critical needs and exploring the best possible communication/delivery mechanism for your products/services/solutions or valuable offerings.</p>
<p>Then comes the process of developing/creating/architecting products/services/solutions or offers to best meet their  needs/expectations/preferences.</p>
<p>Last but the most important element is to deliver the products/services/solutions or offers to right people in right time using multiple modalities (print, media and internet) etc..</p>
<p>In my future posts I ill go further into how you can setup your own building blocks and create your own superstar success story without sacrificing anything.</p>

<p>You might shrug your shoulders and just decide “that’s the way things are,” but in fact, educational psychology shows that there are four distinct ways of taking in information. Each of us naturally tends to speak most effectively to one type, leaving the other three out in the cold.</p>

<p>By getting a basic understanding of those four types, you can actually shape your content to connect with a greater range of people. You’ll radically increase your fan base, and also make a more powerful connection with the readers you have today.</p>
<p>Let’s dig into the four styles and how you can create content that resonates with each of them.</p>
<p>Cats</p>
<p>The biggest question for your Cat readers is, “what’s in it for me?” Their driving question is Why? This learning style is the most common, so you want to make sure your content is satisfying their needs.</p>
<p>Just like in when you were in eighth grade math class and were desperate for someone (Anyone? Anyone?) to explain what algebra was ever going to do for you, your Cat readers want to know:</p>
<p>Why do I care?<br />
How does this make my life better?<br />
Why am I spending my valuable time reading your blog?<br />
Cat readers want to know just exactly where you keep your delicious cheeseburgers, please. If they don’t see the payoff, they won’t come back.</p>
<p>Dogs</p>
<p>These folks are the common-sense learners, who learn by doing and experimenting.</p>
<p>While you might not have exercises and worksheets in your blog content, you can have real-life stories and tangible examples that show how your topic works in the real world. Your Dog readers want you to show, not tell.</p>
<p>And by all means, if you have a “try this for yourself” exercise they can do, throw it into the mix. Dogs love cookies, and nothing makes better cookie content than practical, real-world tips. Taking your ideas from theory to practical application will make your Dog readers very happy.</p>
<p>Rats</p>
<p>Like clever lab rats running increasingly complex mazes, your Rat readers are analytical and smart. They’re interested in what the experts have to say, and if you can make yourself an authority in their eyes, they’re yours forever. Among all of your readers, they tend to be the ones who will read your whole post, instead of just skimming the headline and subheads.</p>
<p>Support your arguments with logic and facts, point to other smart discussions on your topic, and give them weighty material to think about. Rat readers want substantial content, not cheez-whiz fluff.</p>
<p>Monkeys</p>
<p>Monkey readers are the ones who make your content their own. They play with your ideas, riff on them, link and tweet back to you, and ask really interesting questions in the comments.</p>
<p>Your Monkey readers are some of the most supportive (and fun) readers in your audience, so take good care of them.</p>
<p>Don’t wrap every post idea up in a neat bow. Leave a few loose ends for readers to explore in comments or their own content. Express your point boldly, then invite other takes on the topic. Make your content a conversation, not a lecture.</p>
<p>And of course, get in touch with your own inner Monkey and riff on your fellow bloggers’ ideas. If there’s one thing Monkeys love, it’s other Monkeys.</p>
<p>We’re not just one type</p>
<p>No one’s all Cat, all Rat, or all Monkey. These are dominant ways of taking in information, but each of us has a bit of all four types.</p>
<p>You’ll want to create content that speaks to each style, because when you satisfy the complete range, you’ll be a much more effective teacher of information. A single post might have a benefit-rich headline that speaks to the Cat in your readers, offer a do-it-yourself tip that makes the Dog nod his head, provide some factual bullet points as evidence to keep the Rat happy, then launch into a lively comment thread that satisfies the Monkey.</p>
<p>I didn’t invent this model — it’s an adaptation of the work of renowned education designer Bernice McCarthy, who developed the 4MAT teaching system to better meet the needs of varied learning styles. (I’ve taken some pretty serious liberties with McCarthy’s theories, and beg her forgiveness.)</p>
<p>I have to thank Copyblogger’s own Brian Clark, who introduced me to the 4MAT concept as a lesson in Teaching Sells. The styles aren’t just useful for blog content, they can help you create truly superior online training programs, membership sites and information products that are head and shoulders above anything your competitors are creating.</p>

<p>I’ve had them and they’re no good. You want to bounce back quickly. Get out of that rut. The quicker the better. So you can get back to blogging, life and other things.</p>
<p>And it all begins with the proper mindset. Here are 3 Mind Power Techniques to Become a Better Blogger:</p>
<p>Mind Power Technique #1: Overcome Writers Block With A Physical Change<br />
When you’re writing and you get stuck, do this. Get up, walk around and sit in a different spot. See your screen from a different point of view. Sit in a different location and gain a new perspective.</p>
<p>Sound to hokey?</p>
<p>You see one thing that’s true for anyone is that a change in your mindset will change your physiology &#8211; your body posture, facial expressions, etc. When you think new thoughts, the chemicals in your brain change. But what many people don’t know is that the opposite is also true. A change in your physiology will also change the chemistry in your mind.</p>
<p>This the same reason why some writers will use exercise as a way to gain new insights and spark their creativity. A change in there physical state creates a change in their internal state. Body movement is an effective brain stimulator.</p>
<p>So get your body moving. Get up and go for a walk, get some exercise or just change locations to trigger that inner change &#8211; the place where you get all of those great ideas.</p>
<p>Mind Power Technique #2: Track Your Progress<br />
I think over the past 3 months, 70% of the blog carnivals I submit to have either quit or stopped publishing. Which tells me one thing, that more than 7 out of 10 people will quit blogging within 3 months of starting. Don’t let that be you.</p>
<p>Keep your momentum going by using this mind power technique #2: track your progress.</p>
<p>Let me explain.</p>
<p>Recently, I spoke to a sales representative from iperceptions &#8211; a survey company that provides statistics and data for websites. What they do is survey people who navigate your website or blog. As part of their surveying process they tested different methods and found something really interesting.</p>
<p>What they did was add a status bar at the bottom of each survey page. That way users could see their progress as they went through the survey. When they did this, the survey completion rates increased by an astounding 67%!</p>
<p>Basically, this is what happened. When users new how well they were doing, they kept going. But if they didn’t have any signs of progress, they quit the survey altogether.</p>
<p>How can you use this technique with your blog?</p>
<p>Start tracking the traffic of your blog by creating a blog traffic diary. I learned this technique from Yaro Starak @ Entrepreneurs-Journey.com.</p>
<p>A blog diary is basically a way to track the unique visitors and pageviews for your blog. I thought it would be a good idea to track my Newsletter subscribers as well. Here’s a snap shot of my traffic and newsletter subscribers each month from November 08 to May 09.</p>
<p>What I found from following this process is that I instinctively became more proactive. I started to think ahead about how I could improve my traffic. If I saw that my unique visitors were down one month, then I would brainstorm ways to improve my performance: either by creating better content or putting more effort into my marketing.</p>
<p>I’ve been pretty active with my blog diary. I still keep it up to date because it’s such a great tool. I’ve pretty much shared what has worked for me and what has not worked over the past year. You can see my blog traffic diary here.</p>
<p>Mind Power Technique #3: Use Comparison To Give Yourself A Boost<br />
Here’s a mistake I made from the very beginning. When I was surfing and commenting on other blogs I would compare myself to those A-List Bloggers:</p>
<p>ProBlogger, StevePavlina, Zenhabits and a few others.</p>
<p>This seemed harmless in the beginning. It started with subtle comments to myself like:</p>
<p>“Oh, he has more RSS subscribers than me,”<br />
“She has third party ads on her site and I don’t,”<br />
“He writes way better than I do!”<br />
Then after a while this self-talk started to grow like weeds in my mind. As time went by I found more and more weeds taking up the space in my head. Which put me in a real bad mood, to the point where I didn’t feel like doing anything anymore &#8211; not even blogging.</p>
<p>The important thing here is to catch this internal dialogue quickly. You never want to compare yourself to someone who is better than you (unless you’re looking for ways to improve).</p>
<p>If you’re going to compare, then compare yourself to someone who is worse than you. You can always find someone who is down a notch from your current position.</p>
<p>As you start to compare yourself to someone who is worse off, you’ll start to realize how good things are. You’ll start to feel better about yourself and your position. You’ll start to feel more confident. And when you feel more confident, you’ll start to take action.</p>
<p>If you’re going to compare, compare yourself against someone who is worse than you. At least that way you can bounce back quickly and get back to what you do best.</p>

<p>Producing any information product is almost entirely an exercise in marketing. Everything from the topic you choose, to how you position it, to the copywriting strategy you use to sell it boils down to figuring out what people are willing, and even driven, to pay for.</p>

<p>As far as ebooks go, the first question you have to ask is whether or not the ebook is the format you should be using at all. The humble PDF seems to be the first thing that comes to mind when people consider developing a product, but it’s often the least useful and has the lowest perceived value—at least when you want to charge for it.</p>
<p>Is the Ebook Dead?</p>
<p>While the format is still alive and kicking, the basic ebook is a pretty weak substitute for a real book. It has none of the tangible attributes that make books the portable and convenient information vessels they are, and the only real advantage the ebook has is that it is instantly deliverable.</p>
<p>Plus, for any topic where there is already a “real” book available, you’re most likely going to lose the sale, instantly downloadable or not. People trust Amazon, and whether fair or not, they consider “real” authors to be those who are delivered in ink on dead tree material.</p>
<p>So if your goal is to write a 200-page book, you might just go ahead and try to get a publisher, or even have your work self-published. People who read books tend to love books themselves, so it makes sense to give book lovers what they want… a real book.</p>
<p>Ebooks That Sell Solve Problems</p>
<p>The good news for people interested in making money from ebooks is that the ones that sell best are nowhere near 200 pages. In fact, you can often turn a sweet profit from a document that is only 10, 20 and up to 50 pages long, as long as those pages solve a problem that people will pay to have the solution to.</p>
<p>Contrary to what you might think, it doesn’t matter if the solution to a problem can be found by even simple online research. “Normal” people don’t like to do in-depth research online and are often skeptical of free information sources. Do the work for them and demonstrate that you are a credible person (or partner on the ebook with someone who has the necessary credentials), and as long as the problem is real, you’ll make sales.</p>
<p>There are so many ebooks out there that try to tell you that the key to successful ebook creation is “write what you love” and the money will come. They use that angle because that’s what people want to hear, and it sells a lot of ebooks about ebooks. But that doesn’t make it true.</p>
